- Malachy Doyle: What is it?
- Jake Doyle: [Jake opens up an envelope revealing a deed to the land that the condo development sits on] It's crown land. Tania doesn't technically own the land.
- Malachy Doyle: Who does?
- Jake Doyle: We do.
- Leslie Bennett: You were pushing this housing development through council.
- Mayor William Cadigan Clarke: Leslie! Come on! I did this for us.
- Leslie Bennett: [Mayor Clarke grabs Leslie's hand but she pulls it away] Hood?
- Sergeant Daniel Hood: You're under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to insruct council if you wish.
- Leslie Bennett: [Anger growning] William Cadigan Clarke I'm arresting you on suspicion of fraud.
- Mayor William Cadigan Clarke: [as Jake appears to see if Leslie is okay] YOU DID THIS! YOU DID THIS TO GET HER BACK!
