- At a Narcotics Anonymous meeting, Vince meets with Carl Ertz (Kim Coates), the same producer who got Vince replaced on "Danger Beach", which later bombed at the box office. Carl says that he was doing drugs at the time, and the movie itself did $ 3 million in 3000 screens. Carl offers Vince to produce & direct the movie Vince has just written as an official apology, even after Vince clarifies that it is a TV movie project for Drama to star in. Against Ari's advice (who says Carl is a menace and Vince does not need him), Vince chooses to give him a chance, but Turtle - who gets good and bad news from his boss - makes almost no effort to hide his contempt for Ertz.
Turtle's boss Carlos (Avion Tequila's owner) tells Turtle that since the biggest distribution company in the US is picking up their product, they no longer need Turtle to work. He just needs to sit back and watch his stock grow. Alex knew this and therefore she was dodging Turtle's calls. Also, Alex has met someone else & has moved on from Turtle. Turtle talks to Vince about another business idea he has & decides to sell their shares in Avion Tequila to raise the money for his next venture. Turtle calls Mark Cuban, who buys out Turtle and Vince's share in the company. Turtle makes $300K and Vince makes a $1 million from their investment.

E, Drama & Scott go up to Andrew's house to try and convince him, but he won't agree to do the show unless he gets paid more. Andrew doesn't show up for work & Phil replaces him with another guy, whom Billy is not happy with. They all think that now the show sucks.
