Damon Salvatore: It's Stefan for sure.
Alaric Saltzman: How do you know?
Damon Salvatore: It's his signature. There is a reason they called him the ripper. He feeds so hard he blacks out, rips them apart, but then when he's done, he feels remorse. It's the damnedest thing. He puts the bodies back together.

Klaus and Stefan are in Tennessee ripping two women's head off while Klaus is looking for a men a werewolf Ray Sutton and his wolf pack. In this scene we finally see Stefan's other dark evil side than we saw it in the first two seasons really fantastic.
Two months has past since Stefan left Mystic Falls Elena and Damon at the end of Season 2 finale "As I Lay Dying" #Ep22, the summer is ending, Elena's 18th birthday is coming up, Caroline is busy planning a birthday party for Elena, but Elena is focused on searching for any clues that might help her discover where Stefan is. Damon is also searching for Stefan, while trying to protect Elena and keep her from doing anything that would draw Klaus' attention. We finally see Andie Star back with Damon in this episode portrayed by actress Dawn Olivieri last time we saw her was in Season 2 Episode 19 "Klaus" when Damon chased her away when he was really hurt and upset.I am so glad that producers decide to put her character back and that she was back with Damon.
There was a funny scene when Damon walk naked from the bath around the house walking towards Elena and she saw him naked it was really funny Elena, Damon moment.
The Birthday first episode of Third seasons is one of the best ever.
Elena,Jeremy and Alaric did went trough hard time of Jenna's death but they are still going strong. Jeremy must face now with ghosts Vicky Donovan and Anna both from Season 1 when he was brought back to life by Bonnie's magic. The spirits warned her that there will be consequences and they open the spirit world.
Caroline and Tyler are talking on the table Matt is upset and Jeremy is talking to Bonnie. Damon and Alaric are traveling to Tennessee in the house they find two women dead ripped off and corpses lying they were both from Stefan.
Elena's birthday party is one of the best ones i have seen, Jeremy is smoking a pot again, Caroline was angry on Tyler cause he was with new date and they realize that they love each other no matter what differences they have.Stefan lures into death Andie, Damon's girlfriend so that he will stop following him. We see Damon's other good site and vulnerable site.
Jeremy and Matt confront to each other that they both see Vicky as a ghost and Alaric is moving out of Elena's house because of his behavior to focus on his personal life. Damon is upset and is throwing Stefan's stuff of what Stefan did to him. Damon is honest to Elena about Stefan, finale scene Stefan call's Elena but he does not say anything Elena tell 's him that she love's him - Elena's quote: "Stefan, if this is you, you'll be OK. I love you, Stefan. Hold onto that. Never let that go." Carol Lockwood shoots Caroline with several darts sending her to the ground.
