- Gavin DeGraw: [singing] I don't need to be anything other than a prison guards son. I don't need to be anything other than a specialist's son. I don't have to be anyone other than a birth of two souls in one. Part of where I'm going is knowing where I'm coming from. I don't want to be anything other than what I've been trying to be lately. All I have to do is think of me and I have peace of mind. I'm tired of looking round rooms wondering what I gotta do or who I'm supposed to be, I don't wanna be anything other than me.
- Marvin 'Mouth' McFadden: [voiceover] Make a wish and place it in your heart. Anything you want. Everything you want.
- Millicent 'Millie' Huxtable: [voiceover] Do you have it? Good. Now believe it can come true.
- Quinn James: [voiceover] You never know where the next miracles gonna come from.
- Clay Evans: [voiceover] The next memory. The next smile. The next wish come true.
- Chase Adams: [voiceover] But if you believe that it's right around the corner...
- Chris Keller: [voiceover] and you open your heart and mind to the possibility of it, to the certainty of it...
- Antwon 'Skills' Taylor: [voiceover] You just might get the thing you're wishing for.
- Julian Baker: [voiceover] The world is full of magic, you just have to believe in it.
- Brooke Davis Baker: [voiceover] So make your wish. Do you have it?
- Nathan Scott: [voiceover] Good. Now believe in it...
- Haley James Scott: [voiceover] With all your heart.
- Brooke Davis Baker: [blindfolded and being led by Julian] Where are you taking me?
- Julian Baker: You'll see, hold on. Almost there.
- [pulls off the blindfold]
- Julian Baker: Okay, open!
- Brooke Davis Baker: [sees they're standing in front of her childhood home] My old house?
- Julian Baker: No, our new home.
- Brooke Davis Baker: What?
- Julian Baker: Come on.
- [takes her in the front door]
- Brooke Davis Baker: What?
- Julian Baker: You said this house deserved better. That it deserved a family. Well, now it's got one- -the best one.
- Brooke Davis Baker: I wished for this. Right here, without even knowing it. I wished for you... and our family, and this. Come here. Ever since New York, I wanted to come home. I just knew in my heart that there was treasure here. And I found it, in our sons... in my parents... in you. This house always wanted to be a home, and now it will be. Our home. Everyone should have that... a place that makes them happy.
- Julian Baker: You should have that. Welcome home, Brooke Davis.
- Quinn James: It doesn't matter how you planned it. It doesn't matter how you envision it. Without even knowing it sometimes life has a way of finding exactly what you need or exactly who you need.
- Brooke Davis Baker: If you had a friend you knew you'd never see again, what would you say? If you could do one last thing for someone you love, what would it be? Say it, do it, don't wait. Nothing lasts forever.
- Nathan Scott: It's the oldest story in the world. One day you're 17 and planning for someday. And then quietly, and without you ever really noticing, someday is today. And then someday is yesterday. And this is your life.
- Julian Baker: It's funny how our past frames us. How the person we used to be never lets loose of the person we are. Past failures and disappointments, even victories, take hold of us. They haunt us like ghosts, or visit us like old friends.
- Haley James Scott: Human beings are ambitious. We spend so much time wanting, pursuing, wishing. For the most part, that's okay. Ambition is good. Chasing things with integrity is good. Dreaming. As long as the chase doesn't diminish what we already have... The goodness we take for granted, the people we take for granted. The lives we take for granted. My life is good.
- Julian Baker: [walking up to Brooke, standing at her locker in the high school hallway] You somewhere down memory lane?
- Brooke Davis Baker: Ah, yeah.
- Julian Baker: Good. Stay there and tell me what I should remember about this place. What made it so special?
- Brooke Davis Baker: Oh I don't know, what makes any high school special? This is where it all happened for the first time. The heartache and the happiness... all of it. Being in this hallway... feels like it was yesterday. I wake up sometimes and I miss it. But this is good. It's all still right here.
- [pats her heart]
- Haley James Scott: [looking out over the town with Jamie, from the roof of Karen's cafe] It's a magical place, son. I've seen that magic in your eyes for the past nine years. There's only one Tree Hill, Jamie Scott. And it's your home.
- Nathan Scott: [pulls up to the river court where Jamie is playing basketball alone] Hey, little boy, can I kidnap you? Oh wait, you've already been kidnapped.
- Jamie Scott: So have you.
- Nathan Scott: Exactly. We go to say good night, and you're missing. Your mom starts freaking out. You realize we're the Scott family, right?
- Jamie Scott: I sent you a text. Just need to practice.
- Nathan Scott: Okay, weird son of mine. So, what are you doing practicing your jump shot on the river court in the middle of the night?
- Jamie Scott: I saw your jersey... on the wall at the high school.
- Nathan Scott: So?
- Jamie Scott: So, people expect me to be good.
- Nathan Scott: Come here, buddy. When you were younger, it was easy for me to tell you that you can be whatever you want to be. And, of course, that's true. But I think your old enough to understand that people are gonna expect you to be really great at sports.
- Jamie Scott: Because you and Grandpa Dan were?
- Nathan Scott: That's right. Now, look, the important thing to remember is that you don't have any responsibility to any of those people... not to them, not to me. You have to find what makes you happy. You have to be a good man while you chase whatever that is, but whatever it is, is up to you.
- Jamie Scott: I like playing sports.
- Nathan Scott: Thank god. That's my boy. No, but seriously... play sports for you... not for anybody else, okay?
- Jamie Scott: Right.
- Nathan Scott: Alright. Let's get home. I'll have to figure out how to talk your mom into not grounding you on the way.
- Jamie Scott: Oh! Maybe we can say I was kidnapped again!
- Nathan Scott: Ah, it's a little played out.
