All of them.
There is one shot in the trailer and also in the film itself that is indeed noisy. It was the one shot where a higher quality different camera was used. Unfortunately the camera operator was unfamiliar with this alternative camera and had it on the wrong setting- this was discovered in post production. Because Lee Neville loved the composition of the shot and the fact that the Kodak Zi8 camera could not achieve a shallow depth of field which the alternative camera could, it was decided to keep the shot in the film anyway.
No. In 'Time Stops Moving', specifically, Adam said "I love you too" and not "I love you", but also, he did not mean "I love you" when he said it to Jenna directly, as he felt Jenna didn't trust him. Note however that Adam did say "Jenna, I love you so much" when verbalizing his thoughts to himself so at the time he did love Jenna. That said, in 'Time Always Moving', Adam is looking back on the events of 'Time Stops Moving' and taking everything into account, determines that he has never said "I love you" out loud and meant it. Altogether, for Adam there was a lot of hurt in his relationship with Jenna during the time of 'Time Stops Moving' and just afterwards, and it is likely that he loved and lost with Jenna, and by default that wasn't true love to him. In 'Time Always Moving', Adam now believes that he has found true love with the one who stayed. Time will tell as to whether that is the case or not.
There is a specific order of events: Jenna already didn't trust Adam for undisclosed reasons, perhaps because of something that happened to her with another guy in her past. So when Jenna said "I love you" to Adam, he sensed her distrust and didn't believe she meant what she said. In response, through already not believing in Jenna's love for him, Adam had already begun to look for love elsewhere, and that's when he became involved with Terri.
Yes.
Kirsty knows how much Adam cared about Jenna, Sara and Terri, and doesn't know who it was that stayed. It's also confusing for her since if Adam is involved with the one who stayed, then where does she- Kirsty fit in?
The answer is revealed in the film.
For Adam to get over the events of 'Time Stops Moving' and allow him to be established in a new relationship that is further along than he was with Jenna, two years seemed a realistic time frame.
In 'Time Stops Moving' the time stops moving expression is both literal and metaphorical. The clock is ticking at the start of the film and then physically stops at the same time that it stops metaphorically for the characters to verbalize their thoughts to us the audience. With 'Time Always Moving', at the start, time has stopped again physically and metaphorically. It is Kirsty's role to help Adam metaphorically get time moving again.
No. 'Time Always Moving' serves as both a second part of a story and it stands apart.
