Hidden robots: Iron Giant from The Iron Giant (1999), Alpha 5 from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1993), C-3P0 from Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977), Dalek from Doctor Who (1963), Rosie from The Jetsons (1962), Gigantor from Tetsujin 28 Go (1960), a Volkite robot from Undersea Kingdom (1936), robot versions of Bill and Ted from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989) and a Cylon from Battlestar Galactica (1978).
When Fry, Leela, and Bender enter the bazaar looking for Bender's parts, they pass a piñata stand, run by a rodent-like alien wearing a sombrero, bearing an uncanny resemblance to Speedy Gonzalez. The piñata characters being sold are the Humplings, the characters from Leela's kid show "Rumbledy Hump" featured in the episode Yo Leela Leela (2011).
Inside the sex shop at the bazaar, there is a poster on the inside of the door for human horn featuring a Decapod doctor (same species as Dr. Zoidberg) spokesman. The poster says "Human Horn: Don't Ask For It By Name!"
It's learned that Bender named his arms 'Gropie' and 'Cheatie'.
The voice John DiMaggio uses for the Blip Gangster is a slight variation of his impression of actor/comedian Tracy Morgan.
