The winner did lose the final lip sync. The runner up didnt win the semifinal one... isn't it ironic? Dont you think?

With that said, at least the crown didnt get lost in lalaparuza confusion and honored the best and most solid journey throughout the season.

Choices were made and everyone can agree they were the correct ones Raja and Jinkx were the two standouts this season and it's only fitting they were the winners. To crown anyone else would have been an abomination.

The final lipsync has never mattered. Aquaria lost hers, Lawrence lost hers, Priyanka lost hers, the winner is based on the competition and on their own story and personality. I personally think the only wrong choice in terms of lipsyncs was jinkx beating Monet (cuz Monet kinda wiped the floor icl) but she had 5 wins by the end of the season. I will say I don't understand why she didn't have something planned because I think she is self aware of her lipsyncing talents but in the end we all wanted her to win and looking at the competition it's extremely well deserved.

Jinkx slayed this whole competition and completely deserved the crown, so glad she got it! Loved her in Judas aswell! Raja's runway was a standout this episode, it was really magical and fashionable at the same time. Although some of the lipsync results maybe weren't the winner of the lipsync, everyone was deserving and anyone could have got the crown. Well done, everyone!

Perfect. I feel like if this season has shown us anything, it's that the future AW seasons need to include the early Logo-era Winners, and not just VH1-era ones. Jinkx and Raja honestly carried the season in so many ways.

Finally, a winner with the most challenge wins throughout the season. A vocal minority will whine and moan, but for a lot of us, this is such a satisfying ending. Jinkx is a phenomenal choice for the crown this season.

I think we have to realise this is a tv show first....competition second. Do I agree with how production handled the ending? No. Both finalist were superb I just wish the ending was a different format.

Jinkx and the other 7 queens owned the season. Great to see them back.

Jinkx and Raja won and glad the OGs returned and showed they can still play with the VH1 and BBC crowd..

An amazing season.

The sense that this season was rigged had been brewing for a few episodes; with the finale it crystallised that it was rigged from the start- the versus choices, the songs, the looks for the songs, the final decisions...it was crystal clear who would prevail before their lips even mouthed a syllable and who cares about who actually did better, I guess.

It was always going to be impossible to whittle these queens down, because they are all equally talented legends in their own right imo. But if you have to have a winner, and of course you do, at least make it a fair fight!

The winner was well deserving, but we all saw it coming.

The Vivienne, Monet and Evie were especially robbed, but all credit to them for being so gracious.

Poor editing choices

Absolutely dreadful editing compared to the rest of the season, the final lipsync was painful to watch. A disappointing end to a very strong season. I am also disappointed that Yvie didn't win a cash prize across the season, they all deserved a good showing and sadly some were treated unfairly.

The cast did great. HOWEVER, it was pretty clear that the lipsyncs were here to entertain but were not judged at all.

Jaida beat Raja, Yvie beat Raja, Trinity beat Monet...

Honestly, they might as well do a Rusical or something else, because it was clear who won each lipsync but it did not matter in the end...

Jaida, Queen of constantly being Robbed in favor of production favorites.

I guess that Ru wore Aiden Zhane's lenses during the lipsyncs...

Runways weren't good

Many of the lip sync winners made no sense

Terrible finale

Drag race needs to drop the lip sync for the crown format because this was a terrible ending to a very strong season

If the whole point of the finale is to have a lip sync battle, why crown the person who did the worst the episode? If you want to base the winner on just the season, then do so! Don't have this format. What a stupid end to the season.

What happens when you spend the whole season saying that it's all about STARS and the lipsync for the crown, and then the queen with most stars who also win the lipsyncs loses? 🤔 I'm confused.

The episode was really boring, but I guess if they only planned for these 2 tournaments, it's expected to be an episode filled with Ru's self-promotion, flashbacks and the judge's unfunny moments. The tourments were fine, I think Yvie won against Viv, Jaida or Raja could've won their battle, but the last one Yvie won for sure and it'll be great if she at least got some money this season.

The real tournament however... Jinkx won against Shea who just copied a lot of Gaga's moves. Now Trinity definitely won against Monét in my opinion, but that all doesn't matter since Jinkx would've won regardless, even in a lipsync against Coco, Denali and Kameron.

I love Jinkx and I actually do think she won the lipsync against Monét (from what they decided to show us) but the feeling of "they decided Jinkx to win the season before it even started" never left my mind. So congrats Jinkx, I mean she fully deserves it regardless.

The editing didn't even bother to tried to match the decision rupaul made. It's so obvious who they are pushing. I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am over the last two episodes. Why did they do this? Why did the production have to ruin this? Truly feel sorry for some of the queens here.

What's the point of a lip sync tournament if you're just going to pick any queen... questionable results and quite obvious favoritism. They kinda messed up the ending to a great season mmm.

The obvious editing out of Monét absolutely wiping the floor with your winner was insane. Shea also absolutely beat the same winner in the first round of lip-syncs. If you wanted Jinkx to win so bad then you shouldn't have done a lip-sync for the crown because the hoops you had to jump through to make it look like Jinkx wasn't absolutely destroyed in both lip-syncs were INSANE.

I actually beg that Drag Race stops doing lipsync tournaments for the crown if they aren't going to actually judge based on lipsyncs. If you wanted Jinxk to win A. Give her a song she's good at or B. Don't do a lipsync for the crown since she isn't that good at it.

Monet absolutely slaughtered Jinkx even tho they tried to edit her best bits out and Jinkx's worst bits out. And yet Jinkx wins even tho statistically Monet was the stronger competitor just because she was the most popular queen. If seasons 1-3 of Drag Race where filmed now Bebe, James(formally Tyra) & Raja wouldn't have won their seasons even if they were the most deserving as they weren't the most popular.

Also, the editing on all the lipsyncs was not good they clearly tried to favour some queens (Jinkx & Raja) while diminishing other. Raja clearly lost both her lipsyncs yet she still won the money. If you wanted to give Raja the money. Just give it to her, instead of trying to fool us into thinking she did well in the lipsyncs.

Overall, this season has been great but odd production choices in the last two episodes has really ruined the season for me not unlike All Stars 3 which was great throughout until the random twist.

We all saw that right? Not even the editing could hide how bad Jinkx lost. My point is, why even have a lipsync for the crown of it's not gonna come down to the lipsyncs and you're just going to crown the fan favorite. This is joke, but of course the Jinkx Stan's won't care. They're just happy the competition was rigged for their fave to win lol. And of course producers don't care. They're just doing anything to appease the public now.

They're not even trying to hide the rigging.. it has never been so clear who won each of those final lipsyncs and that doesn't even seem to matter. Heartbroken for Monet and Yvie.

This episode and the fandom are a mess

So, last episode a lot of people were crying, whining and leaving poor reviews about it because of how rigged it was because of an actual twist implemented for the final competitive episode, which made sense, mind you. But now that the better performer was actually robbed after being one of the most consistent throughout the whole season, being snubbed of AT LEAST one win (Girl Groups) and absolutely DOGWALKING the final lipsync, y'all are leaving 10/10 reviews AND claiming the reviews that are actually critical of this episode, the terrible editing and the painfully predictable outcome are not helpful. I HAVE to laugh.

The robbery of the century. The editing of the lipsyncs... If you want the old ones to win, don't do a LSFTC. They just needed to include 'ALSO based on the performance this season' to justify jinkxs win. Monet did better anyway throughout the competition and won the lipsync soo.

Honestly this is by far one of the most disappointing episodes of the whole franchise. The favouritism was clearly showing. Shea and monet both slayed jinks in their lipsyncs.

May not have been perfect but at least it was entertaining... lets be honest monet DOG WALKED Jinkx but obv the producers hate monet! Also the yvie mistreatment had me dyinggggg, like wtf. It was defo entertaining and at the end of the day if monet won it would be s12 all over again, she would be hated by the whole fandom.... ANYWAYS, monet ate the last episode up stay mad that ur fav unfairly won 😋

I have to agree with the other reviews - lipsyncs didn't mean anything and it's almost as if they decided before hand that the two queens from the earliest seasons will be crowned.. I appreciate the lack of manipulation during the season so sad it had to come out at the finale..
