- Though fake and cartoonish, there's a lot of depictions of body parts, tissues/cells, and other human body things that can make one slightly squeamish... but it's very unrealistic. Blood is very microscopic so you only see cells. Some organs look more icky than others (nose, skin, large intestine), but it's not nightmare fuel
