Sex & Nudity

  • A woman is seen getting raped. Not graphic whatsoever and the scene is quick but it's still clear what's happening. The rapist is seen thrusting into her while she gently yelps. Can be disturbing to viewers.
  • A woman and a vampire have sex. She in seen on top of him, slowly thrusting and moaning/gasping loudly, there's a POV shot of the woman on top of him whilst thrusting. Not graphic, fully clothed.
  • A lifeless, blood covered corpse is shown fully naked. Full frontal nudity is shown.
  • A women's breasts are seen in bed while she is getting dressed. The scene only lasts a couple of seconds.

Violence & Gore

  • A horse is decapitated by a guillotine. We see the impact and the horse's head lifelessly fall from the body. A man then tries to drag it from the ground where we can see the severed bottom part of the head in slightly graphic detail with plenty of blood. Can upset animal lovers quite a bit.
  • Consistent gore and strong violence throughout including decapitations, hearts being carved out of chests in graphic detail which are later blended and consumed by vampires, stabbings and other violent content.
  • In the first act of violence a few minutes in a vampire is shown about to get a wooden stake driven through his heart with a bunch of women holding him down, as another man is about to hammer the stake, the vampire grabs the hammer and jams the wooden stake into the man's neck (some blood is visible). Afterwards, he grabs the hammer and starts to brutally hit the women, one of them is repeatedly hit in the face and her face is seen getting caved in in very graphic detail.
  • A woman in decapitated via guillotine in the opening of the film, we see the blade go through her neck and her head falling into a basket, a man then grabs the head and raises it to the public, blood drips from the bottom of her severed head. A vampire is then seen licking the blood of the guillotine after the execution.
  • A vampire carves the heart out of a naked, lifeless corpse. (The corpse is briefly shown with blood everywhere). Then it cuts to a shot of the vampire holding his still beating heart (shown in bloody detail) which he then puts it in a blender and proceeds to blend and drink it offscreen. The empty glass is shown with pieces of matter around the glass.
  • The list of what happens seems severe, but the way acts of violence are presented minimizes the gore factor.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This film is not intended to scare or frighten viewers, the violence can be gruesome to some at times but for most of the film it's just darkly comedic.
