I'm interested to see how this all plays out. The CSI's are in over their heads. Somehow, the FBI, with what they know, continues to misplay at every turn. Important witnesses are being offed right and left. There's an assassin out there and a band of other horrors. Titus Welliver (who makes a great villain and nice Harry Bosch) seems to be in control and makes no bones about it. Catherine can't keep her mouth shut and brings pain to herself and others. The ending scene is intense but if DB knew to come to the house, why weren't the bad guys confronted by FBI forces? One last thing. Why are there so reviews for these shows and why are the ones published almost always negative.

The Best of the Last Episodes

When campers see three skeletons dumped in the woods, Nick and Russell investigate and find many beetles on the bones. The victims are identified as the attorney Malcolm Turner, acquaintance of Catherine and recommended by her to her friend Laura Gabriel that is missing; his receptionist Amelia Gross; and his intern Julie Blanch. Their further investigation shows that they worked in his office until last night and the beetles are genetically modified to eat a body in a few hours but not reproduce. Sara, Morgan and Det. Vartann go to Turner's office that has been professionally cleaned, but they find evidence of blood. The security footage shows the assassins and cleaners meeting his leader. The prime suspect is Mark Gabriel and Catherine summons FBI Agents McQuaid and Pratt. When Catherine's mother receives a card from Laura, Sara finds a hidden memory card inside and locates where Laura is. When the LVPD and the CSI arrive at the house of Laura's cousin, they find her and her husband shot dead, and Laura hidden in a space underneath the kitchen. Now the FBI is protecting Laura that has agreed to testify against her husband. But Mark Gabriel is a dangerous man.

"Ms. Willows Regrets" is the best of the last episodes of "CSI" with pure action. The plot begins in "Zippered" and is to be continued. The powerful Mark Gabriel seems to be an untouchable man and his last actions will certainly lead to and end of his empire. The problem is how tragic it will be. The way the office full of shots is recovered in a short time is impressive, but the team is specialized and trained. The conclusion of the episode is a cliffhanger. My vote is nine.

They really just abandoned Science & go with over the top action on this episode. It's truly one of the most unrealistic episodes of the entire series.
