Wow off the bat this is up there with those amazing mid season finales and honestly season finales of this show !!

The entire episode was great, the mom who is high up using her power for bad is such a real thing happening but yet I didn't feel like the show was sending a message other than corrupt power is everywhere.

The case itself was great, there was times I was shouting and shaking my head, exactly what the episode wanted from the viewer,

This episode ends on a huge cliff hanger, I thought it was going in a direction that was fairly obvious but I don't know anymore I'm really questioning it !!

Real good episode, this season has started so strong I hope it keeps it up, hats off to the BAU and the writing team this season ! 10 episodes is definitely the right call over 24.

Oedipus Wrecks

This felt entirely like an episode that would air on CBS and other than saying "F U" on the screen while fending off the hackers, there was nothing un-CBS about it.

Not horrible, but they know they have a decent length season of episodes to fill and as a result we're going to get some clunkers like this.

I also don't like the idea of having politicians caught up in this stuff. We know they are generally scummy people, but they should not be involved in murder rings as this will send the wrong message to a lot of crazed individuals out there.

An okay episode, but nothing remarkable by any means.
