Fans have more fun.

In "Victim No More" we get Jill Whitlow of "Night of the Creeps" playing Dr. Romero; Catherine Mary Stewart of "Night of the Comet" as Megan Jarvis; and we get the voices of Amy Steel of "Friday the 13th, Part 2" as narrator and Kimberly Beck of "Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter" reprising her role as Trish Jarvis (Mahoney).

"Friday the 13th," the property, is lost in litigation purgatory. It's the fans who now never let Jason fully die. With the fans lately are some fine talented people, past and present. We can grouse about script, pacing, editing, line delivery-- Or we can enjoy that the fans have us covered, that we get to revisit not only Jason and Camp Crystal Lake, but lately some old friends from the franchise's past.

Thank you, Bob Heckman and Co. I'm a fan, I had fun.

A great film for F13 fans!

If you're a "Friday the 13th" fan, you'll definitely love this movie. It has so many elements of what made the original movies great and feels like it lives in the same universe. The fight scenes are done well, the characters are relatable, and the special appearances will make any F13 fan giddy with joy. It's clever and engaging all throughout. You can tell the filmmaker is a hardcore F13 fan by all the Easter Eggs that are included in this movie -- from the fonts used for the credits to the music and settings. Anyone can make a fan/tribute film, but not anyone can make a GOOD one, and this one is really really good!

A great fan film

Since 2017, there have been a lot of F13 fan films that have been released. Some good, some great. Victim No More is definitely in my top 5 fan films. Writer/Director Bob Heckman did a great job with the film overall. Even though this is a short movie, he utilized the time to tell the story and had great pacing. The casting of the actors were great. They all had great chemistry and you felt bad when they met their demise. In addition to the great young actors, Jill Whitlow and Catherine Mary Stewart each have a role. The stunt actor who played Jason was great and did not cosplay Kane Hodder playing Jason Voorhees. The kills that we see are not over the top gore. They are classic style Jason kills. If you are a fan of the franchise, you will get the many references to past movies. You might have to watch a second time to get them all. Make sure you watch through the end credits as their is a post credit scene. Congratulations to all for a great film and I am looking forward to tge sequel!
