Hard to follow but interesting anyway
jhaugh19 January 2012
When Alicia's son Zach works on her computer, I can follow his explanations to her. This show has computer experts that: ghost other computers, take over other computers, and follow intricate paths between computers based on IP addresses, etc. I am lost. The main story line is interesting and, from what I read on IMDb, it is based on a true form of currency used by some computer sites. Still it is complicated in the details. I do not understand how Kalinda arrived at the conclusion she did. Given all that, I liked the show.

Archie Punjabi gets an opportunity to be featured in this episode. I liked that too. The side story involving the state attorney's investigation of the law firm and the efforts to get inside information was almost more interesting than the computer/bitcoin problems.

Who Cares About A Bitcoin? ***
edwagreen21 January 2012
Warning: Spoilers
This episode evolves about an attorney being harassed to name his client. He will not do this due to lawyer-client privilege and the fact that the client has invented the very questionable online bit coin item. Again I ask, who really cares about this?

Two sidebar stories are just glossed over here. What will Kalinda do as she is being pressured to turn evidence against Will Gardner?

Isn't there an injection of racism when Alicia and her mother-in-law say the same exact thing to Zack regarding his black girlfriend? You don't have to read in between the lines to get what they're really trying to do here and why.

The Bitcoin angle in this makes it a stand alone episode
grape430 July 2022
This has aged very well when viewing the Bitcoin aspects considering this was made in 2012 and way ahead of its time. Some of the scenes are absolutely brilliant eg. The 'I just bought my first bitcoin' section near the end. Makes it compulsory viewing for any Bitcoiner and will continue to improve with age as Bitcoin gains more adoption. If you are not into bitcoin one day you will come back to appreciate the content.
