- Pam decides to do what she's supposed to and steps in to teach Tara a few things about being a vampire. Bill and Eric are released by the Authority and set out to locate Russell Edgington. They return to Fangtasia where Eric presses Pam for Russell's location but she knows nothing. She begs Eric to release her. Sookie meanwhile is feeling guilty about killing Debbie and tells Jason she wants to turn herself in to the police. Terry Bellefleur and his friend Patrick locate their former buddy, Eller, and Terry recalls what happened in Iraq. Jason and Andy Bellefleur set off with Judge Clemmons and find themselves partying with faeries where he learns something about his parents. Back at the Authority, Roman believes he has found a traitor and takes swift action.—garykmcd
- Open with Pam trying to save Tara from her tanning booth suicide attempt. Tara is adamant that Pam has no right to tell her what to do. As her maker, Pam simply commands Tara never to do that again.
Sookie and Lafayette argue about her being too open regarding what they've done. He thinks she always makes it through situations okay, but those around her aren't so fortunate. He calls her the "Angel of Death." Sookie is devastated.
Bill and Eric are dropped off to begin their mission. Only 4 people knew where Russell was buried.
Roman and Salome listen to the sound of Nora being tortured. It isn't working and Roman asks her to step in and give it a try. If Salome isn't successful Roman says he's fine with executing Nora.
Sookie tells Jason she wants to turn herself in for killing Debbie. She tired of lying and covering up. She tells him Alcide and Lafayette know, as well as telling him about Tara. Jessica is also at Jason's and hears the whole story.
Pam brings Tara back to the club and finds Eric and Bill sitting there. Eric asks Bill and Tara for some privacy.
In the other room Bill tells Tara the suicide impulse will pass eventually. She tells him he needs to forget about Sookie, given what happens to those around her.
Eric violently presses Pam for information about Russell. She is offended he would even suspect she'd dig him. He says he trusts nobody. She says if he can't trust her more than Bill or a werewolf, he should release her.
Eric and Bill decide the following day they need to cast their net wider.
Members of the Authority are tracking Eric and Bill whereabouts and aren't thrilled they aren't searching the area for Russell. There are suspicions that they killed Russell themselves and are using this ruse to buy time.
Judge Clemmons drops by to thank Andy for clearing his kid's ticket. He wants to take him and Jason out that night to celebrate.
Sam's shifter buddies Emory and Suzanne drop by Merlotte's. They want Sam to go for a run.
Sookie listens to a lot of people thinking some pretty terrible things about her because of what happened to Tara. She runs into Sam's office and collapses on a chair.
With the anger towards Sookie running through his mind Lafayette turns into witch Lafayette and beings chanting at her car.
Alcide drops by to see Debbie's parents. He says he wasn't honest with them earlier and tells them Debbie was killed. He says her killer was a psycho pack master from Shreveport named Mark. He says Mark had bragged about getting physical with Debbie. Alcide weeps and tells them he never stopped caring about her. They tell him to leave.
On her way home Sookie finds her car accelerating strangely as the brakes fail. She jumps out of the moving vehicle just before it hits a tree.
Terry and Patrick are on the way to find Private Eller in South Dakota. During the drive Terry has a flashback to Iraq. Some of the guys go to drink and do drugs in a Muslim prayer tower, and tell Eller to stand guard. They give him a pill of some kind and leave. Drunk and stoned, the guys in the tower start making a ton of noise which attracts one of the locals. He complains about the soldiers being up there and Eller ends up killing him. The dead man's friends and family arrive and a hostile begins shooting. The Americans return fine and eventually the sniper is killed. Afterwards they see that all of the civilians are dead. In present day Terry starts convulsing.
Andy tells Jason that Debbie's parents left town. Andy thinks something's fishy and wants Clemmons to get him a search warrant for the area near the abandoned car. Jessica arrives and Glamours Andy, telling him that Debbie's case is closed.
Eric tells Pam he thinks their search for Russell is a suicide mission. She wants to help, but he thinks it's too dangerous. He says he needs to release her, not because he doesn't care, but because she's his only progeny and he needs her to live after he's gone to keep the bloodline going. She says she understands and he released her. She cries and he comforts her.
Andy and Jason get into a limo with Clemmons and several attractive young ladies. The guys are blindfolded.
Bill and Jessica rummage through Bill's house for electronic bugs. Jessica notices something is wrong and asks Bill if he's still the king. He says he is. She wonders if he's going to see Sookie, saying she's not doing well.
Salome and Roman sit with Nora, who drops to her knees and says she accepts her fate. Initially she says she doesn't care what happens to Eric and Bill, but when Roman offers her the chance to order their staking via his app, she is suddenly willing to give up a name. Nora promises that if she tells them the "true infidel" Eric and Bill will not be harmed. Salome whispers "tell me" and Nora falls into her arms.
The girls take Clemmons, Andy and Jason through some magical portal in the middle of a field still blindfolded. Inside is fantasyland of sexual desires. A woman calls Jason over and he leaves. Andy runs into Morella, the faerie what he thought was a dream. They kiss and leave for more privacy.
A drunken Sookie gets a call from Lafayette making sure she's okay after seeing her car. He seems legitimately concerned. There is a knock on the door. It's Alcide, who tells her about the conversation he had with Debbie's parents. She apologizes for putting him in the middle of the situation and offers him a drink.
Terry and Patrick find Eller's underground hangout. As they look at his disturbing artwork he appears from behind with a shotgun.
Sam finds Suzanne and Emory dead.
Pam brings Tara a willing human to feed off of. Tara doesn't want to do it but Pam commands her and then teachers how to do it without killing her.
Roman pulls out a special weapon and walks through the Authority chancellors speaking of Judas. Guards walk in with an open laptop. Roman says "It is as Nora said, there is another traitor." Roman stops at Chancellor Drew and shows him an incriminating video. Roman stakes him, then warns the rest they are to fall in line.
Sookie and Alcide keep drinking. They start to fool around and we see Bill and Eric outside her window. Bill thinks Sookie will be useful in finding Russell.
The faerie Jason's with reads his mind. He runs into his cousin Hadley, who has no idea Sookie is still alive. She tells him they are in a faerie safe house and they need to get Sookie to safety. She makes reference to Jason's parents being killed by vampires and another faerie pushes Hadley away. When Jason tries to follow her, he's stopped by others. Andy tries to help and both men are thrown out of the safe house. They land on their backs in the field and two faeries shoot light into their heads as the episode ends.
