Idiots Are People Three! (#6.3)

Warning: Spoilers
Jack gives Criss an official disapproval but towards the end of the episode Liz gets back with him. Liz works on the idiot protest. Devon blackmails Jack with Tracy's offensive stand ups to get his kids into more prestigious schools. And Kelsey Grammar helps Kenneth and Jenna with their fluorescent lights issue.

A great ending of the fluorescent lights story. I already forgot about the moment when Pete was found like this, now it gives it a funny spin. And Kelsey Grammar was very funny again. A nice relation to Cheers.

I am not very happy with Devon being a stay at home dad, but his battle with Jack was funny in this episode as well.

And I liked the moment when Liz calls herself an idiot at the idiot protest.

Where everybody knows your name

Warning: Spoilers
Kelsey Grammer playing Abraham Lincoln was inspirational! His final line, where everybody knows your name, was one for the ages for sure. Sure, the later seasons of 30 Rock aren't as golden as the earlier ones, but still.

It's easy to forget that 30 Rock and Aaron Sorkin's Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip debuted on NBC at the same time. Conventional wisdom was that Sorkin's powerhouse series be the one that would survive the first season, with 30 Rock being a one season wonder. But history has proved otherwise.
