- Despite being portrayed as very lonely, the appearance of Yuri (he wears a long trench coat and panama hat and carries a pointed stick) may scare younger viewers.
- The sudden death of Yuri's father might scare some viewers.
- A lot of high tension scenes including John and Mary running away with a baby.
- A lot of references and mentioning of kidnapping.
- A hooker, an elderly man, an overweight married couple and Yuri himself are all zapped with what resembles an old electrode-convulsive therapy machine from a mental hospital.
