Sex & Nudity

  • A man draws a female plaintiff naked & the drawing displays full frontal nudity.
  • An Instagram post of a man posing with a woman in a bikini on the beach is shown and discussed in some of the episodes. The man appears to have an erection, which is talked about crudely.
  • In a later episode, POV shots show a man and a woman appearing to have sex. Nothing critical is shown, but they are shown on a bed together mimicking movements and sounds.
  • Reference to the sexual act of "soaking" is mentioned in detail with a description of the act. A character asks for sexual advice; a woman is seen coming to the door scantily clad. More minor references to wanting to have sex with another character, wanting to "corrupt" a character, and mention of ejaculation on someone's shoulders are also present in the series.

  • The jury members go offsite to a bar called 'Margaritaville,' where multiple characters drink. One character ends up drunk by the end of the night and throws up on the bus ride back to their hotel rooms.

  • A character is revealed to have unknowingly donned a white supremacy shirt; other characters are subtlety implied to be white supremacists.
  • An juror is harmed by a falling shelf and taken to a hospital; he is later revealed to be okay.
