- quite a bit of violence throughout. as the player, you must defeat many enemies that can jump at/try to physically attack you. lots of guns and weaponry, and Minisucule amounts of blood is involved too.
- There mods you can get that adds dismemberment and overall more gore to the game but most the mods look very unrealistic, but the game is very brutal and is pretty realistic but still looks goofy but because it is VR it may seem more violent than it actually is.
- Extremely brutal there are blood splatters and you can stab people in the face and any where in the body and you can use melee weapons, also there are dismemberment mods that make the game even more gory but the base game is just realistic gore and just overall very brutal.
- There is much intense violence throughout the game, and if you're not solving puzzles, you are killing things. The things you kill range from people to holograms to Frankenstein-like zombies with blue blood. Mods can add more realistic foes, and guns are VERY common.
- Since this is a physics game, guns are incredibly realistic. The player can kill NPCs in very brutal manners, to their hearts desire.
Profanity

- There is no actual cursing in the game but there is mods you could get that adds cursing.
- The omni project yells "Jesus!" When being attacked but its rare and its not really a curse word, you can also download cursewords.

- Throughout the story mode beer bottles can be found.
- A mod can get you cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The melee can be pretty brutal and the blood looks pretty realistic, killing zombies and null bodies also looks pretty fake but killing humans looks very realistic and violent and brutal, also the zombies and other creatures can be scary when they attack out of nowhere.
- Alot of the violence can be quite disturbing also some of the maps are empty and alone which can be creepy and straight up terrifying.

- There are jiggle physics.
Violence & Gore
- At the beginning of the game you have to put a noose around your neck as your about to be executed but a dagger spawns and you are able to cut the noose leading you to fall into an underground facility.
- You are attempted to be executed by hanging but escape this can be pretty disturbing but there is no blood and no gore.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- after starting the game, you are then given a noose to cut, then you fall down a hole to escape and start the game
- One Scene a creature called a crablet will jump at unexpectedly.
- The "Crablet" enemies that can be encountered as early as the first level, they appear as sentient VR headsets with legs and will function similarly to Headcrabs from Half-Life (This includes jumping at the player or NPCs and latching onto them, although they can be pulled off)
