This Episode begins with Teddy and Owen, they are having sex with each other. It is Halloween night at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. The interns are in a pumpkin carving contest. Jarah has been brought to the hospital, he took LSD. River jumped of the ambulance car, he is Jarah's friend. River apologized to Jarah his father for what he did. Winston tells Maggie that he wants to leave cardio. Solid Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 19, this Episode was okay but not on the level of the first three Episodes. The interns are getting used to the hospital life at Grey Sloan, i really like the waythey are adapting!
