RuPaul is best known for his empire of Emmy-winning shows, including "RuPaul's Drag Race" and "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars," but the famed drag queen is also a married man. Since 1994, RuPaul has been in a relationship with his now-husband Georges LeBar. The longtime couple officially tied the knot in 2017, but the television host rarely talks about his marriage. That's because RuPaul's husband is much more low-key than his spouse.
While many celeb couples consist of two megastars, this marriage is a little different: one partner is a drag star and reality TV host, and the other is a rancher. Yep, you read that right. LeBar is the manager of a 60,000-acre ranch on land in Wyoming and South Dakota.
In a 2017 interview with Entertainment Tonight, RuPaul revealed that he and the Australia-born rancher met on the dance floor of the Limelight club in 1994 and shared why they decided to...

Updated: In another sign that shows — even famous ones — can no longer “live forever” on streaming in the new era of media companies re-prioritizing profits, a slew of titles will be leaving Disney-controlled Hulu in the coming days as their license deals expire. For now, there are no plans to renew any of the pacts but that is always a possibility in the future.
‘Arrested Development’ and ‘Bob Newhart Show’
The list of departing series includes 18 series from Disney’s 20th Television, including the David E. Kelley Emmy-winning legal shows Ally McBeal, which the studio had been looking to remake, and The Practice, as well as fellow award-winners The Bob Newhart Show, Hill Street Blues and Arrested Development.

Mama Ru expressed her love of Kandy two separate times in the All Stars Season 8 finale. That love was clear in Kandy’s original season (Season 13) as well, when Ru sent Kandy packing and then changed her mind seconds before Kandy took her final step off the runway. "It's time to celebrate," Kandy Muse says, ahead of the season eight "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars" finale on July 21. "We've done the competition. We're at the final two." That "we"? It's Kandy Muse, the Bronx native and "Drag Race" season 13 runner-up, and Canada's superstar, Jimbo. Though they're opponents, there's none of the signature gibes or subtle shade often prevalent in the "Drag Race" workroom. The cast of Disney’s “Haunted Mansion” were only at their premiere in spirit. Following the breakout of the SAG-AFTRA strike, the stars of the film skipped out on the Saturday night premiere for the theme park film adaptation
The movie, the second adaptation of Disney’s iconic Haunted Mansion attraction after the 2003 Eddie Murphy film, stars a large ensemble cast that includes Lakeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Jamie Lee Curtis, Winona Ryder, Dan Levy, Hasan Minhaj, Chase W. Dillon, Marilu Henner, and Lindsay Lamb. None of the actors attended the red carpet at Disneyland in Anaheim, according to Variety. Under the terms of the SAG-AFTRA strike, which began on Thursday, guild members are not able to take part in press junkets or promotional duties for studio films they are in while the guild is in a work stoppage.

The Haunted Mansion world premiere at Disneyland was the first major movie premiere affected by the SAG-AFTRA strike. None of the on-screen talent was at the event but director Justin Simien did address the elephant in the room.
“Obviously, we’re here at a weird time in the industry. There are some folks that aren’t here,” he said prior to the screening before joking he was talking about the “multiple walkouts of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars.”
Simien would later acknowledge writer Katie Dippold adding, “Trust me, if you’re a nerd and if you love this ride, that is the nerd you want in the room.”
The director said that when he first read the script by Dippold he thought it was “a brilliant and fresh, and funny, and heartfelt, and important and meaningful take on this ride. It was really important to me to protect her vision and...

Disney didn’t let the SAG-AFTRA strike get in the way of its “Haunted Mansion” world premiere.
None of the stars of the movie were expected to be in attendance, including Lakeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon, Daniel Levy, Jamie Lee Curtis, Hasan Minhaj, Marilu Henner and Lindsay Lamb all observing the SAG-AFTRA strike. The studio still rolled out the red carpet at Disneyland in Anaheim Saturday night.
Director Justin Simien told Variety he was “sad” his cast couldn’t attend, but understands why and supports the actors walkout. Press were initially told that Simien would not be doing interviews.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” season 8 continued on July 14 with the eleventh episode streaming on Paramount+. Airing concurrently with the main show is its Werk Room-focused sister series “Untucked,” now in its 5th season for the “All Stars” franchise. This season, the eliminated queens have the opportunity to compete in the “Fame Games,” an online and social media component to the competition where fans will vote for a queen to win the $60,000 cash prize up for grabs.
In episode 11 of “Untucked,” the top two queens Jimbo and Kandy Muse retreated to the Werk Room after hosting the eliminated queens in “The Fame Games Variety Extravaganza” and serving as the encore acts with their own talent showcases. They were proud of and excited for their sisters having the opportunity to show more of themselves and to earn an advantage in “The Fame Games.” In the showcase, a top two would be...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” season 8 continued on July 14 with the eleventh episode streaming on Paramount+. For the first time ever, RuPaul Charles announced a “second way to win” in addition to earning the coveted crown and $200,000 prize given to the traditional winner. One of the eliminated queens will also be named Queen of The Fame Games and earn what was originally a $50,000 cash prize, but was raised to $60,000 when the lip sync assassin won the final lip sync of the season.
The queens still in the running for the championship All Stars crown were Jimbo and Kandy Muse. The queens set to compete for the consolation “Fame Games” prize were the eliminated queens: Monica Beverly Hillz, Naysha Lopez, Mrs. Kasha Davis, Darienne Lake, Jaymes Mansfield, Kahanna Montrese, Lala Ri, Alexis Michelle, and Jessica Wild. Heidi N Closet opted out of competing for the second prize when she quit earlier in the season.

For the first time ever, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars has a final two. The Emmy-winning competition series’ eighth season, airing Fridays on Paramount+, saw former Season 2 queen Jessica Wild eliminated in the July 7 episode, leaving only Jimbo and Kandy Muse left to fight for the crown. TV Insider caught up with Jessica following her exit, and she said her elimination wasn’t the only departure that surprised her. Here, we chat about Season 8 Episode 10, Kandy Muse’s tiebreaking vote that sent her packing, and more. You were so close to the finale, but top three, that’s really something. Jessica Wild: Oh, yeah. I’m beyond happy because when you go to the show, anything can happen. It’s a competition. Anyone can go home first. I hoped to go as far as possible, and I did. I interviewed Alexis Michelle last week after her elimination, and she said...

Each week on “The Pit Stop,” Bianca Del Rio recaps the latest episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” season 8 alongside a guest host. In their recap of the episode, Denali makes the statement that Kandy Muse is someone who is perfect for television and was made for a competition show like “Drag Race.” Denali was also sympathetic to the decisions that the girls are making in terms of the competition being hard to navigate — she said she understands why Heidi N Closet would be like “peace out” and why Alexis Michelle and Kandy would choose alliances over taking out “the competition...

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 8 Episode 10.] After weeks of fierce competition, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 8 has narrowed it down to two drag queens. Jimbo and Kandy Muse will face off for the crown in the All Stars Season 8 finale on Paramount+. But who should win? Host RuPaul has been springing format changes on the cast and audience all season long. Thanks to that, Season 8 marks the first-ever final two as opposed to the typical final three or four. The Friday, July 7 episode ended with Kandy Muse as the Maxi Challenge winner but the loser of her lip-sync assassin performance against guest star Priyanka. Naturally, Jimbo and Jessica Wild (the bottom two by default) didn’t vote for themselves, so rather than Priyanka revealing the group’s elimination choice, the decision went to Kandy. She sent Jessica packing. As with all of this season’s changes,...
