While shooting for a sequence in the film, Kay Kay Menon had to climb to the 28th floor of a building as the lift wasn't working that day.
Manu Rishi recalls a funny incident while shooting for LIFE KI TOH LAG GAYI, where there was a sequence in the film in which Manu Rishi had to shoot with a dog. To take the dog in his confidence Manu used to feed him with biscuits regularly. But on the final day when the shot was called with the dog, that dog somehow got irritated with something and bit him on his leg. Though no serious injury occurred, Manu was embarrassed with the thought that his efforts to take the dog in his confidence failed. When the incident happened, the cat and crew present there burst into laughter.
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
