- While working a foot patrol on the strip, the CSIs stumble on a murder victim, and a number of their suspects are already in police custody on lesser charges.
- CSI patrolling under a full moon witness bizarre events on the Strip. Tourist Anthony Pak is hospitalized with what seems an infection but turns out a mere allergy after being smeared with pigs blood used in a students prank destined to post on Internet. A man's skull-shot corpse is found in his car nearby. City lawyer Dennis Reed's son Bobby is released after testifying he bought some weed from a third streak petty dealer, but that's not what actually happens in the drug trade. Two street prostitutes are arrested: transvestite Josh 'Joslyn' McClure madly acts as if pregnant, Heather 'Chastity' Tile wears the heirloom ring which was Brass's last gift to his daughter before she left home, apparently to 'work the streets' too. Hodges works out the murder weapon was a 3D-print, sort of traceable to a mastermind.—KGF Vissers
- Sara and Nick are helping LVPD to patrol the Strip. They arrest a hooker, a travesty, a drug dealer and his client and a man in front of the Olimpia Casino wearing a bloody shirt and with a severed head on his hand. He hits a tourist that tried to catch him on the head with his fake head. While Nick and Officer Kevin Crawford are handcuffing the prankster on the hood of a car, Nick finds a man shot on the back of his head inside the car. The client of the drug dealer, Bobby Reed, is interviewed and released by Officer Crawford. The hooker Chastity is in possession of a stolen credit card. When Brass sees her ring, he interrogates her since it is his engagement ring and Chastity tells him that she bought from Ellie. Finn processes Anthony Pak at the hospital that has allergy and believes the blood used by the prankster might be infected. Greg asks the prankster where he was to contain an epidemic and when Sara sees the locations, she believes his partner might have filmed the murder in the car and requests the camera. When the travesty Joslyn kills himself and Dr. Robbins finds drugs in his stomach, the CSI begins to solve the complicated case that is different from what they have imagined in the beginning.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
