Well I found this show to be one of the worst things I've watched in a long time. And I have good reason to think so.
Actors.....
Alexandra, also known as the main actress, could not act her way out of a Musical. Everything she does is over-done, like she is on a stage and trying to show the people in the back row what exactly she is doing. Even her voice-overs are annoying and bland, despite her constant over-pronouncing of EVERYTHING she says! I mean, it's not like we need a voice over for every scene in the show.
It's not just her carrying this show down to the depths of hell; it's the rest of the cast too. Half of them have to look down at their lines when they talk and when they do talk, they sound like they are adolescent girls trying to lie to their parents, obvious, exaggerated and easy to see through.
Filming and film effects...
This entire show is filmed in the day time, really. There is hardly ever a night-time scene, and when there is, it is just a scene filmed at four in the afternoon, with a dark filter. Half of the clips are just filmed in one shot, meaning that there is no change in angles or much of anything for that matter. It is quite confusing, as well as annoying.
The problem with long-winding scenes is that the fight scenes end up looking absolutely ridiculous, seeing as how some of the fights take up half of the shows abnormally short running time of around fourteen minutes an episode.
Even their sound-man did a terrible job, as he failed to make actually realistic sound effects that went with their poorly made Katana swords.
Story...
The story is supposed to be one of the (if not THE) most important parts of a television show. You will be sorry to hear that the story is almost worse than the actual show is! So, the idea of the story is about a woman who wanted to work on Wall Street, but after being sexually assaulted and murdering the man who assaulted her, she decided to help others from the corrupted corporate workers.
The problem is that the story goes absolutely too far in its idea of the corrupted workers. It goes as far as sadistic games against protesters, and anyone else they don't particularly like. Parts of the story are often changed, or randomly shoved in between important scenes like spam in a sandwich. They are usually just an excuse to add inappropriate or suggestive scenes.
Another problem is their lack of research on any of the subjects that are introduced into the story. For example, it is often suggested that Noriko (Shinobi girl) is a Ninja, as Shinobi is another word for Ninja. But she herself mentioned a lot about her Samurai ancestors and it is often unclear whether she meant that she was a Samurai (though that may just be my slight lack of attention, as I was too busy clutching my head in my hands and sighing with utter disbelief that this show could actually be put on Netflix).
Well this is just a bit of what was wrong with this show, though I may not be the most accurate, as I failed at finishing the entire show without throwing something or giving it barely a minute of my time.
