- Captain Hook looks out at Storybrooke from the top of his ship before jumping down to talk to Cora who is standing on the dock of Storybrooke. He tells Cora that it is time that they part ways commenting that he has a crocodile to skin. As he turns to leave she teleports in front of him and he understands that magic is in Storybrooke so going after Rumpelstiltskin would be dangerous. Hook decides to stay with Cora who is hatching a plot to take away everything Regina loves with out letting people find out Hook and her are in Storybrooke. She turns Hooks ship invisible so people won't know they are there.

Mary Margaret (Snow White) and David (Prince Charming) are kissing in bed when Emma and Henry enter Snow White's home. Since the house is basically one big room, they have no choice but to see what's going on. Emma is shocked which makes Charming happy, as he can still give her a few traumatizing memories.
In the Enchanted Past: Regina is looking at a burning town. One of her soldiers comes to tell her that King Charles' army is defeated, and that they are alone in their fight. Regina goes after Snow White who is alone in the forest. Snow White offers the Queen parley for her surrender, but Regina does not accept. As she raises her hand to pull out Snow White's heart, the Blue Fairy appears and immobilizes Regina with fairy dust. It was a trap to capture the evil Queen.
In the Present Storybrooke: Emma, Mary Margaret, David, and Henry go to a welcome home party for Mary Margaret and Emma at Granny's. David proposes a toast. As he is speaking, Regina arrives with a dish of her World Famous Lasagna. Emma invited Regina without telling anyone else, saying that she herself was a different person before Storybrooke; and that since she had gotten a second chance, Regina should get one too. Even though Regina saved Emma and Mary Margaret's lives in the previous episode, everyone still hates her. Regina gives Henry a slice of lasagna and offers one to Grumpy who asks "What's the secret ingredient? Poison?". Regina says "Red peppers," and hands Grumpy a piece. Before long the lasagna is all gone. Regina is sitting alone looking at everyone. Upset that she cannot mingle with everyone, she leaves Granny's. Emma follows her, asking her to stay longer. Regina thanks Emma for inviting her and says she must go. Emma continues to talk to Regina and comments that she was talking to Dr. Archie Hopper (Jiminy Cricket) about Regina's therapy sessions. Regina leaves, unaware that she's being watched by Cora and Hook. "Well, is she broken?" asks Hook. "Not yet." replies Cora. Regina confronts Dr. Hopper about telling Emma about her therapy sessions. She asks Hopper why she should trust him. Hopper said that he didn't give Emma any details, that he would never betray the doctor-patient confidentiality agreement. Regina reminds Hopper that he got his PhD from a curse and remarks that Hopper is lucky that she's changed before she storms off.
In the Enchanted Past: Prince Charming and Snow White are deciding what to do about Regina by holding a council. The council decides the only thing they can do for the safety of them all is to execute Regina. The council disperses and Snow White asks Charming if it is the right thing to do. After all, Charming took an arrow to the arm to stop Snow from killing Regina once. Charming says that he did that for Snow, not Regina and that that was assassination. This will be an execution.
In the Present Storybrooke: Regina walks into Dr. Hopper's office, Red sees this and rolls her eyes as she walks back into Granny's. Pongo (Dr. Hopper's dog) starts barking at Regina. Dr. Hopper offers Regina a drink saying that he knows change is hard. he turns around to face her and Regina says "I couldn't agree more." Regina grabs Hopper by the neck and holds him up by the neck. She immobilizes the dog and continues choking Hopper. purple magic smoke begins to surround them. Regina leaves the office and as she walks, purple smoke engulfs her, when it clears we see that it was not actually Regina, but Cora posing as Regina to frame her for Hopper's death. Emma and Red discover Hopper's body. Emma wonders who would kill Hopper. Red begins to cry and says "I know."
In the Enchanted Past: Regina is locked in a tower, her magic is not working and she is locked in the tower by Charming's guards. Regina's father comes to visit her and begs her to change so that Charming and Snow will let Regina go.
In the Present Storybrooke: Regina is being interrogated by Emma and David at the sheriff station. She is shocked to her Hopper is dead, but David's not buying it. Emma talks to David and Mary Margret behind the one way glass that looks in to Regina's room. Emma says Regina is innocent and that they should let her go. She says Regina is being framed.
In the Enchanted Past: Regina is lead to a post where her hands are bound. A crowd gathers around her and Snow and Charming are watching from two thrones. Rumpelstiltskin and Regina's father are in the crowd. Jiminy Cricket asks Regina if she has any last words. She says she wants everyone to know that when she thinks back on what's she's done... all the pain... all the death she has caused... she feels regret... regret that she could not cause more pain, more suffering, and more death and "above all else with every ounce of my being I regret that I was not able to kill Snow White." Rumple is impressed. "Arrows" says Charming. "Take aim!" cries Charming. Regina smirks as she is blindfolded. "Fire!" he cries. "Stop!" cries Snow. The arrows fly towards Regina but the Blue Fairy stops them. "This is not right," says Snow. Regina is taken back to her cell, smirking. Rumple visits Snow who is planning to rehabilitate Regina and offers her something.
In the Present Storybrooke: Emma thinks Gold set Regina up. Gold makes Emma do magic on a dream catcher to see Hopper's death. Emma, Gold, David, and Mary Margaret look into the dream catcher and see Regina (who is actually Cora) choke Hopper. Emma wants to go after Regina, but Snow and Charming say it's too risky and that they can use the fresh batch of fairy dust the dwarves have mined to immobilize Regina.
In the Enchanted Past: Snow goes to visit Regina. She asks the guard to leave. The guard says he has direct orders to stay put from the Prince. Snow says that the guard now has direct orders from her. Regina looks at Snow and asks her why she is there. Snow says that she has come to let Regina go. Regina grabs Snow by the neck, Snow reaches for a knife she has hidden and Regina takes it, says good-bye to Snow and stabs her but Snow is unharmed. Charming appears and tells Regina that Rumpelstiltskin cast a spell which makes it impossible for Regina to harm either Snow or him ever again. Regina is also banished.
In the Present Storybrooke: Emma, Mary Margaret and David go to arrest Regina. Regina asks if they are there to apologize.Emma says she saw how Regina choked the life out of Archie. Regina realizes they went to Mr. Gold and asks how they can believe Gold when Gold is probably the one who framed her. Mary Margret says "We didn't, which is why Emma used magic." Regina is confused and wonders how Emma was able to use magic before realizing that since Emma is the "savior" she can use magic. She asks if Gold warned Emma that magic always comes with a price. Amma says that it is a price they will both have to pay because Henry believed Regina and that his heart was going to break. "No, I will not let you poison Henry against me." says Regina. Emma notes the choice of words and begins to walk away. "I want to see him. He desrves to hear my side of the story. HE'S MY SON!!!!" shout Regina. "HE'S NOT HE'S MINE! NOW AFTER THIS YOU'RE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE NEAR HIM! Do it!" yells Emma. Mother Superior (the Blue Fairy) throws fairy dust at Regina, but Regina catches it. "Did you really think that would work again?", she asks David and Mary. Regina knocks Emma over with magic saying "You will NOT keep my son away from me!" Emma says she doesn't have to and now Henry will never believe Regina's lies about Hopper. Regina begins to walk away. Emma says "You can pretend all you want but we know how you are, and who you will always be." Regina looks at the ground with an expression that looks like she is about to cry and teleports away.
Later Emma breaks the news to Henry about Regina killing Hopper. We cannot here what they are seeing but we can see the reaction. Regina watches from a nearby car as Henry hugs Emma, presumably crying over the news. Regina begins to cry.
In the Enchanted Past: Regina is in her castle when her father comes and tells her she has a visitor. When she asks who it is, Rumple appears and asks who else is her friend. Regina is angry that she cannot get her revenge and starts telling Rumple off for betraying her. Rumple tells her the spell is only effective in Fairy Tale Land. As he teleports away, he says "Told you I was your friend". Regina asks her father to prepare a carriage so that she can go to Charming and Snow's wedding.
In the Present Storybrooke: Cora goes to Hook and tells him that she left him a present in his ship's hold, a present that will help discover Rumple's weakness. They go below decks to the hold and find Dr. Hopper alive. Hook congratulates Cora on killing someone and disguising the body. Cora says that they can get all the information they need from Hopper.
