Warning: Spoilers
Ann, Leslie and April talk to an old female council member. They speak about the men being inappropriate. Ron is made watch Diane's kids who are very loud and do not like much people in the office. Leslie try's to get a bill past to help women. Chris supports her idea and wants to help her. Tom asks Ben and Andy to help him play basketball to help his store. Leslie try's to get her commission passed in front of a room of men who do not treat her equal wanting her to leave. Leslie then wants to prove a point by being bin men for a day. Ron is given Diane's kids once again and asks Ann for some help. Tom try's to play basketball and is not really that good. Ann enjoys spending time with Diane's kids teaching them how to be doctors. April and Leslie do very well at being garbage men being faster then the actual men. Tom feels he is doing well at basketball and when he plays some young kids they beat him easily. Leslie and April do an extra job being made to move a heavy fridge. Leslie and April are then told not even men could move it but do not want to give up. Diane sees her kids cut their hair with Ann's scissors and Diane just laughs about it. The two then say their love to each other which must have been hard for Ron. Leslie completes the movement of the fridge and three women are then hired to be bin women. This was a great episode and I just supported Leslie which made me enjoy the episode so much. Everything else was also gunny and Lucy Lawless is starting to grow on me now.

EPISODE GRADE: B+ (MVP: Amy Poehler)

Other than Nope, not bad

Warning: Spoilers
The best things about this show rarely have Leslie Nope and this episode is the epitome of it. It saddens me the crap that comes out of her mouth as her hatred of others froths out and infects comedy.

So the intent of the episode is women are better than men but just as all of the leftist comedy, they leave a lot of details out while they attempt to prove their point. In the primary example, Leslie and April become garbage collectors. Wow, one day out of their lives they collect garbage that means they have proved their point, what garbage writing, pun intended.

Leslie is a bully posing as a righteous person.
