Hugo the health inspector comes into the restaurant and while the food is good they still get a review of a C until Bob takes some seminars. A nude beach opens up and Louise thinks she can makes money from tours from them. Linda goes to the beach and she sees Hugo has become a nudest. Bob finds this good and a new health inspector arrives and first seems nicer to the restaurant. The kids then advertise their tours at school. Tommy the inspector starts to play rock music in the restaurant which drives many customers away for how inappropriate he is. Every night business goes down and when Bob tells Tommy to stop playing music which makes Tommy cruel wanting to shut down the business. Bob goes to the nude beach to get Hugo back and has to take part in nude Olympic events. Bob loses the bet to Hugo but with his good heart Hugo comes back to being a health inspector getting rid of Tommy. Funny episode handling the nudest part even though the tommy character was very annoying for me.
