A very nice journey.

A very nice nice journey through Argentina: the Glacier of Perito Moreno where the tourists can walk on the glacier with crampons, the ecologic lodge, the blocks of ice falling into the Argentino lake), the Patagonia with its great spaces, the horse farms of Marc-Antoine Calonne and Céline Renault, the life of the gauchos (sharing mate and el "asado"), the little town of Tigre with its canals and houses on stilts and of course Buenos Aires: the neighborhood of Puerto Madero where there are new luxury hotels and modern buildings ,the bohemian and nostalgic San Telmo, the popular "La Boca" or the creative neighbourhood of Palermo.

I enjoyed the moments about soccer and polo: the soccer as passion for the people, the important of this sport in the daily life (soccer matchs in the stadiums or at the television, the soccer fans, the care for the lawn of the Bombonera): then the growing of the polo, the men and their horses.

Argentina means also tango and Carlos Gardel: a typical dance born in Buenos Aires , the tango dance hall and the poetry of Carlos Gardel.

I enjoyed very much the encounters of Sophie with Pauline, with Sonia Kovalivker (the Saturday-Sunday painting exhibition in a park ), with Ricardo Marti in Tigre, with Eugenio Ramirez and Daniel Schneck (the pleasant talk about Borges and Gardel), and with Viviana Sousa and Facundo Rodrigez in the Confiteria Ideal (talking about the tango and dancing the tango: very nice encounters with very kind Argentinian men and women.
