It can also cause inflammation and damage to the eyes and arthritis; less commonly it can also cause inflammation of the brain and spinal cord, blood clots, aneurysms, blindness and death. The cause is unknown but it is believed to be at least partly genetic and is treated using corticosteroids and immune suppressants.

FBI:MW vs. X-Files
While this episode is very entertaining, it feels very out of place among the other episodes of this show (probably why they named the episode 'Black Mirror'.
Without spoiling the episode, the plot revolves around Remy going off the rails a bit when his brother's murder is up for compassionate release at the same time two priests obsessed with the antichrist kidnap two teens. While there isn't an actual supernatural element at play, the priests are very fanatical and have a pretty gnarly plan.
I'd rate it higher if not for multiple serious breaches of protocols which get nothing more than a shrug and a pet peeve about shooting a lock to open it. That rarely works, is pretty dangerous, and there are many other ways to open a lock. (They always seem to have bolt cutters, pry bars, etc. In their SUVs except this one time?)
