Randle starts doing good getting to the cup, but the Knicks can't match the scoring, down 8 in the 1st. The Knicks quickly bring back the deficit with their bench unit, Boston up 2 at the half. Tatum with a nice post spin baseline slam. Randle and Brunson get the Knicks out to a 6-point lead in the 3rd. Randle big down the stretch, but Tatum likewise and it goes to OT. Barrett hits the late go-ahead 3, before Brown puts Boston back ahead. The Knicks win it via the free-throw line though, as Brown misses two. A big road win for New York, against the Championship favourite. The Knicks shot better from the field, Boston marginally better from 3. New York took good care of the ball, Boston +4 on the boards. Randle with an efficient 37 points and 9 boards. Brunson 29 points, 7 assists and 2 blocks, with just 1 turnover. Quickley 17 points and 5 boards, off the bench. For Boston, Tatum 35 points and 14 boards.
