It's an interesting dichotomy as Brigitte is willing to nearly give her life for the cause and then becomes a major reason the cause is not flourishing. She hides her radiation treatments, showing up late and making the lamest of excuses. The debate was really hard to watch as she slowly went into herself because of fatigue. TV1 is becoming a shadow of its former self and Torbert is quite sickening. His staff knows he is a lackey to Alex and his responses are tiresome. He certainly plays a very unattractive man who is afraid to give up on a ship going down. The episode does end on a positive note.

Warning: Spoilers
So what happened this episode? Essentially, Birgitte lied all the way through this episode until the next to the last scene. AND she took drugs. Apparently Birgitte was too narcissistic to realize you can't be a flaming liar and expect to achieve good results in public service. This was an episode where Birgitte was no better than all of the other liars she encounters in the political sphere.
It was really depressing that Katrine was so insecure, she couldn't recognize that Birgitte was lying to her. What was equally depressing was Kasper was so distant, he couldn't help Katrine get to the bottom of what was going on with Birgitte.
There were lots of signs that Birgitte wasn't being honest, but no one in Birgitte's immediate environment hammered her like they should have. So she wound up getting hammered at the debate.
I gave this a 4 because I don't particularly enjoy watching someone continually lie for an hour.
