Kana: making self deprecating remarks and jokes to cope with negative criticism
beginning to believe collective society might be right about you as a person, not just ur public image
and adapt their remarks as a part of yourself
lying about ur true feeling out of a place of arrogance, idealism, or low self esteem (falsely portraying oneself to manipulate others' perception and gain their admiration, as a means to offset personal insecurities and boost self-esteem.)
"the more cowardly the puppy, the louder it barks" - Ruby :)
"bravery is not the absence of fear, but the action in the face of fear."
every performer is, at heart, the same as the rest. Some are just better at concealing their fear
when you're deeply accustomed to working alone, fear, regret, and anxiety might arise when working/doing things with others. Stemming from belief that the past mistakes you made while being alone will consequently extend to affecting other's performances as well, when working with them. In reality, It's likely that these mistakes occurred precisely BECAUSE there was a lack of support or guidance in the past (thus; they won't repeat purely cuz ur not alone now)
"why do we fall ? So we can learn pick ourselves up." - someone from batman begins.
Challenges are a BIG part of life. When we take the long view it's easier to see that challenges, and the adaptations that arise to meet those challenges, are an important part of life and living. But challenges are also difficult to respond to in the moment. Many challenges can seem daunting, overwhelming and difficult to overcome. Yet our short term responses to the challenges we face have implications for how we will "evolve" within our own lives and across our lifespan.
Which is why resilience is so important.
Failure is only natural, so just have fun and go for it
I mean, it's impossible to achieve perfection in all aspects of life; but you might as well strive to do your utmost when u can. Genuine effort > falsifying perfection.
