During the conversion between Lady Rosamund and Edith regarding abortion Rosamund reminds Edith that it is illegal. Yet when she asks Edith how she found the facility Edith replies that she saw an ad in a magazine at Kings Cross. Since it is illegal it's not very likely that any publisher would put an ad for it in their magazine.
Lady Edith mentions seeing an advertisement for an abortion provider. Although abortion was illegal and it seems impossible for it to have been advertised, ads for "delayed menses" and cures for "female maladies" were common and were understood by most women to be ads for abortions.
