I admit that this episode was a pleasant surprise. I'm not going to lie, I was starting to think that Tom Kapinos and his team should have put an end to this show in season 6. Fortunately, I was wrong, because this episode offered a very intriguing plot, so I'm hooked again :P Generally, a very good work, and I think that we all missed the one and only Hank Moody and his best friend-agent Charlie. To sum up, I strongly recommend you to continue to watch the show, as season 7 is going to be the final chapter in the crazy Karen-hank love story. P.S. from what I saw in the first episode, I assume that the writers have got many more aces into their sleeves and that's going to be a really promising season-finale

This episode hit some serious notes about self discovery,self discipline& self-righteousness.,
and also pretty much conquered the typical sarcastic humour of David Duchovny.
He directed this episode, didn't he?
(Always touching the viewers heart,while keeping small chunks of humour..)

As usual great acting from all of em cast members & it brings warmth to my heart see karen smile again,digged that accent scene .

Thank you Showtime! It was good to see the old faces again.
What a great way to start out the final season of Californication. I've been watching this series religiously since the first season and i absolutely love it! I hope this season will share the same quality as the former 6 seasons. Episode 7x1: humorous, intelligent and the acting - as always - was executed very well. I have a feeling (especially by the end of this episode) that this season will blow our mind!
Sadly this is the last season of the show.... So i hope we'll have a grand finale!
