Sex & Nudity

  • While signifigantly more lighter than Poker Night at the Inventory, Poker Night 2 is still an adult title through and through; and the M rating fits it well.
  • Moxxi from the Borderlands games has a tight outfit that reveals a good amount of cleavage.
  • Some sexual references appear in the game's dialogue; but are mostly subtle.
  • The Venture Bros. cards have a card that depicts one of the characters, Molotov Cocktease, in a tight outfit with cleavage being shown.

Violence & Gore

  • Violent references are also in the dialogue as well.
  • One scene has Brock Samson beating up a character offscreen; we hear sounds of punching and a body falling (this is more comical than violent).
  • During the intro sequence, it's implied that Brock killed a person while playing a poker game; we only see the body fly out.
  • In a spite of anger Brock will stab his knife through the table at times, or yell in frustration.

Profanity

  • Infrequent uses of strong language are present, including words like "shit", "bitch" and "pussy" while milder terms like "damn" and "hell" are present. There is one use of the word "fuck"
  • The language Claptrap can spew is bleeped out for comic effect.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Brock Samson as always is known to be a chain smoker; often having a cigarette in his mouth and requesting a pack of cigarettes during the intro sequence.
  • The player can buy alcoholic beverages as a way to get their opponent's tells to appear. No drunkenness ever occurs, however.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Brock Samson is known to be a very intimidating figure and can frighten some players; although his intimidation is portrayed for comic effect.
  • GLaDOS is known to be sadistic and her quips revolving around death can turn off certain players.
