- Woman smacks man on back with metal fire poker twice on the back while he is laying face down on the ground. Woman smacks old man on back with metal fire poker twice until he falls to ground face down. She then stabs the metal poker into the back of his neck to kill him. - Police woman follows screams of a man through house, when she reaches his room, she is grabbed from behind by another woman with a bloody saw. Man is seen in torture chair with a variety of tools: hammers, ice picks, scissors and shears lined up on a table.

- Little girl stays in metal cage in the basement. Blood on the floor implies that the little girl witnessed the murder and dismemberment of the old man. The little girl grabs a knife from the counter top and stabs her the woman twice in the back; the woman's back bleeds a little and blood is shown on the knife. The woman chases the little girl up the stairs and stabs her in the back with a syringe. The little girl passes out on the floor. The woman uses a cauterizing gun to stop the bleeding on her own back from the stab wound. Woman straps man's head to head rest of chair with a metal belt. Woman says, "I've never done an ice pick lobotomy." Woman prepares for procedure with ice pick and large hammer and holds both tools at the ready up to a mans head. Little girl sits passed out in a bathtub with running water. Woman tries to drown little girl in bath tub as the little girl struggles.
- Man wakes up in hospital room with oxygen hose in his nose. Physician tries to understand the man but will not listen to him. Man experiences frightening flashbacks of car accident.
- Man in hospital has a nurse who recites the same lines as the woman earlier in the movie. The woman says, "I put things to sleep for a living, and they don't wake up." She adjusts the IV pump and the man's heartrate flatlines.
