- On multiplayer mode, when someone kills you, it always displays their profile picture which can be any picture they uploaded (many people use inappropriate stuff since there's not apparent filter)
- No sex or Nudity
Violence & Gore

- Shooting enemies will sometimes result in blood spray that stains walls and other surfaces. A blood pool forms underneath dead bodies.
- Not too gory, some blood spray, just a gory scene in the campaign.
- Because of the amounts of vehicular combat in the game blood is less frequent.
Profanity

- Profanity such as "bitch," "fuck," and "shit" are used frequently. Strong Language is only present in the campaign component.
- If not for the f bombs, it wold be a teen rating.

- If this game was a movie, it would be rated R for bloody images, Strong language and violent content.
- 13+ although it's quite frightening the violence is tame for a 18
- Buildings collapse and are blown up. Leaving destruction all over the map you are currently playing in.
- It can be tense when you are about to die and or are getting shot
- Firefights become very intense in the multiplayer

Violence & Gore
- A man has a stump throughout the campaign, could trigger ptsd for some.
- In the campaign there is an intense scene of torture where the player and another character are interrogated by being electrocuted with a stick and the implication of waterboarding. Could disturb some.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The story mode starts with you and your squad in a car submerged in an ocean near Baku, and you're forced to fire a revolver at the window to escape. The cutscene then cuts as soon as you shoot to another scene, but you find out at the end of the mission that your squad leader didn't make it. Emotional if you became emotionally attached to the characters early on.
- There is a scene in a mission where the player and the group of soldiers investigate a sinking ship and encounter two men trapped beneath rising water pleading to be saved. After one character attempts to shoot the metal gate keeping them trapped the team leader orders the soldiers to leave the men to drown as they cannot get them out in time. They shout "I don't wanna die down here" and "tell my mom, I can't die like this" before they drown. Very distressing and sad moment.
- In one of the missions one of you Soldiers gets his leg caught under a rock and they have to amputate it and your team leader dies in the squad car quite emotional if you became to enjoy those characters
