Upon her release, she hides to detox herself. Fearing for her life, she finds no other way but to flee Iran with her daughters, which means a dangerous hike through the snowy mountains toward the Turkish border, When she finally makes it to Israel, she realizes she is dying of stage 4 breast cancer, but continues her role as a mother and advocate of justice and freedom.
