- As Olivia deals with the news that Jack may get a job offer that will take him away from Cedar Cove, Grace struggles with what to tell Olivia about the kiss she shared with Will. Meanwhile, Justine helps Warren through a health crisis which causes tensions between her and Seth and Stan's wife becomes concerned that Stan is growing away from her and closer to Olivia.—Anonymous
- Grace does not know how to handle the situation with Will, who continually texts her with romantic declarations. Although attracted to him, she feels that he, as being a married man albeit one on the verge of breaking up with his wife, has crossed the line with her. Grace eventually confides in Maryellen, but she isn't sure if she can do the same with Olivia. But some information that she receives from Olivia may put everything into a clearer perspective. Now that Seth and Justine are living together in Justine's apartment, Seth tells her that he is working on a plan for their collective future, he not ready to divulge what that is. Warren may negatively factor into that future in more ways than one, the most obvious being his hospitalization, Justine feeling that she has to help him in that he has no family in Cedar Cove for such support, and Seth believing Justine jumps whenever something happens in Warren's life. In an outward effort to bond with her, Stan provides fatherly support to Justine in this matter. Olivia, with Charlotte as passenger, gets into a minor fender bender where she rear ends another car. The two vehicles barely touched, but the driver of the other vehicle sees an opportunity for some fast money in suing Olivia for his "injuries". A visit that Olivia receives from Melanie - Stan's wife - about her anger that Stan is turning to Olivia for emotional support instead of her adds to an already bad day. Jack is able to end the day on a positive note for Olivia, but not without some bittersweet news: that he is heading to Philadelphia for a job interview. And Maryellen receives a visit from a woman interested in John's photography. Maryellen believes that her interest may be more than just professional, especially when she pieces together this woman with the unopened letters she saw in John's apartment.—Huggo
