- The episode begins with a man escaping from a serial killer's "mural", which is made from people who have stitched together. The man is shown tearing his hand away from his face, his legs apart, and his back from the chest of another man in graphic detail. Disturbing. The man is then chased by the serial killer who shoots at him with a rifle and dives off a cliff to try and escape from him, but hits his head on a rock; his wound is briefly shown.
- The man's body is later examined and his gory wounds are visible briefly.
- Hannibal is shown preparing a severed leg for eating.
