- Following the death of LaRoche, someone breaks into Rigsby and VanPelt's home so they go to Lisbon for help. They look at all the people they encountered and sent to prison. They decide to focus their attention on some of them. Eventually they find one who seems sketchy. But they discover he's under Witness Protection. And another hired a lawyer because he plans to sue Lisbon and the others. Fischer and Jane go to investigate the death of a man who was protesting an oil company's fracking.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
- Rigsby, Van Pelt and their baby are attacked at home by a man wearing mask. The FBI hire them as consultants and the agents help them to look for suspects that might have attacked them. Meanwhile, a man is found dead in an oil fracking site and Kim Fischer and Patrick Jane are assigned for the case. They interview the oil company supervisor and they learn that the man was a local farmer that has sued the company for damages in the environment. Then they visit the widow, who is receiving some friend at home, and they interview them too and also learn that the oil company was bribing the locals to turn a blind eye to their damage.
