I was watching a few episodes of this series and it was reminding me of the Soviet Television. In the Soviet Union they can do anything the decadent capitalists can, but better. Copyright, original idea, all these are capitalist concepts with no meaning this side of the border. And the execution is as good as the nephew of the local party chief can make it. Bottom line it was a way to feed the nomenclature, the real audience. The idea was to reassure the bosses: "we have that too!" A French guy who boasts of his diplomas goes around. I have no idea whose nephew he is. But boy, he is important. He can cut the host to show his presence of spirit or his assumed knowledge of med school. At the end of each episode I failed to see the point. Besides the "see mother, I visited this country too" there is no point. Good luck! I hear France is saving money from the social security to feed these useless prince-lings.
