- No nudity or sexual situations whatsoever. The documentary is very clean in this department. One or two references involving the word "sex." Britney is shown wearing slightly revealing outfits while filming a music video. Only her stomach is shown, no cleavage. Britney is also shown wearing a sports bra while rehearsing a dance sequence for her concert. A few dancers are practicing a few suggestive dance moves. Nothing too heavily sexual or inappropriate.

- A few of Britney's dancers are injured during the film. Nothing graphic, but one of the dancers are elbowed in the face once during a dancing sequence.
Profanity

- The word "b**ch" is used about a dozen times, most are heard in a song playing called "Work B**ch." Sight swear words like "damn" are used once or twice and are lost in the background. All other swear words are bleeped out due to the network limits on television. Nothing too bad or nothing too frequently.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- As stated above, some of Britney's dancers are injured while dancing. One dancer shares a picture of his worst injury, which shows his leg with a bone sticking out of his skin very slightly. The picture is only show for about 3 seconds. A dancer is shown in a clown mask while filming a dance sequence. Some smaller children could find this a little disturbing.
