- While cleaning windows of a hospital, nice window washer Edgar notices and falls in love with a pretty redhead nurse. However, his boss is angry with him because he's not focused on his cleaning job. In the commotion, Edgar's dimwitted brother goes to take a nap in an empty hospital bed. Doctors arrive and, thinking he's a patient, take him to a brain transplantation operation. Horrified Edgar must find a way inside to save his brother, avoid his boss and if possible meet the nurse of his dreams. The game has several animated arcade sequences, where the player controls the speed and style of Edgar's movements and acting. If he acts too impatiently or in a brash manner, the hospital security will throw him out or something else will stop him in a comical fashion from continuing his story. If he plays it cool, he gets to the next part of his short misadventure. The player has three tries for every of these sequences. If the player fails three times in a row to beat a sequence, the game will offer continues. The game has no speech and just like in old classic cartoons the music and characters' gesticulation accentuate the importance of things that are said and done. The game was released as an arcade machine, but it flopped and eventually got a re-release for IOS. The game is short and, if played flawlessly, it has the length of a typical 20 minutes long cartoon.
