At about 18:08 (DVD timing) Hodgins refers to "dual paned (sic) glass from the windshield" but this is incorrect. Dual pane glass (most often called "sealed air units" in the glass industry) is specifically two pieces of glass separated by an air space with a spacer around the edge. What he should have said is "laminated glass" which is also two pieces of glass but they are adhered closely together by a thin polycarbonate film. While this is a common error for an average person, an experienced forensic specialist simply would not make this error.
