Warning: Spoilers
Grey's Anatomy has its points that I agree with and ones that they are off the rail but the moment between April and Jackson at the start of the episode is by far the biggest slap the show directed to maturity & rationale. I know that the shock value for these shows is an important factor but for April to run away on her wedding the min Jackson wants her back is not just an insult to femininity but to the whole idea of commitment and emotional truthfulness. I don't know why some keep saying they love the conclusion, I hate it because April & Jackson don't know what they are doing, they r just like kids when they suppose to be acting like adults.

As for the other parts in the episode, the development with Alex and his dad reach a conclusion and the mess between them is a realistic display of a dysfunctional family centered around an irresponsible father which is clearly shown from his last wife reaction when she came to the hospital to collect what Alex's dad took from her. I hope though that he'll take a break by being in a stable relationship in the future with Jo who she seems to be on his wavelength most of the time.

Ben and Bailey seems to work things fine, relatively speaking, as well as Meredith and Cristina's friendship which seems to be slowly recovering after weeks from April's weeding. Let's see if it's going to continue this way in the future.

I still feel that Arizona and Callie relationship is still a turbulent one even though they try to move on and this is might prove to be challenging as shown by the end of the episode with the complain formed by interns of the hospital who were previously dumped by there bosses. Speaking of which, it was a good move to lodge a complain about the misconduct from resident doctors towards their interns. Senior doctors shouldn't interns who do look up to in their sexual/emotional games.
