Dude, That's a Lot of Blood
Hitchcoc2 April 2021
What appears to be an all-American family disappears. A vagrant is found unconscious in their house. There is blood everywhere. The only places not covered are where the furniture used to be and the vagrant sold it after the family didn't return. The tale told is a more conventional CSI story with some really messed up people with some dirty secrets. This is really quite entertaining.

The Mistress, the Wife and the Daughter
claudio_carvalho18 December 2023
When a girl scout knocks at the door of the Connor family to sell cookies, she sees a man wounded on the floor. LVPD and CSI arrive to the scene and identify the man as the homeless Doug Adamson and the Connor family is missing for thirty days. Doug was released from jail thirty days ago and the house is empty, since the valuable objects were removed, and he becomes the prime suspect. Doug tells Greg and Brass in the hospital that Claire and Ethan Connor offered him a job on the day he was released from the jail. He should clean the garage and around the house and could stay with them for the night. On the next morning they asked him to prepare around the house for sprinklers. They left the house in a blue SUV to go to the movies, but they never came back. He admits selling the valuable objects in the house but says that he does not know why they vanished. Meanwhile, Finn uses luminol and finds evidence of lots of blood in the house. Soon they learn that Dwight Connor worked for a company called Braxton Imports, that belongs to the mobster Marvin Braxton, and was fired the night before the disappearance of his family. He explains that Dwight was the CEO of the company and stole US$ 500,000 from the company but denies that he had anything to do with the disappearance of the family. When they located the body of Jessica Fenton buried in the desert, they learn that she was an IT specialist and mistress of Dwight and the responsible for the theft of the Braxton Imports. Now they begin to solve the case.

"Uninvited" is an episode of "CSI" with open end. We never know the fate of the criminal in the story, where nothing is like the CSIs imagine it would be. First, Russell believes that the dysfunctional Connor family is a typical American family, But when the mistress of the head of the family is found buried in the desert, the case is partially solved, but the fate of Claire and Ethan Connor is not found. My vote is seven.
