Gabriela Dawson is pulled out of the rubble in a Stokes Basket on a back board due to her injuries. The next scene shows Casey and Severide climbing out of the rubble and down off the pile. Then Dawson is standing at the bottom of the rubble pile and hugs Casey. If she was injured enough to be pulled out, she would have needed to be evaluated by the medical staff and would not have been out of the Stokes Basket or off the back board that quickly.
The idea of pulling firefighters away from rescue duty to look for a possible second bomb would not be done in real life. Adding insult to injury, using firefighters to disarm a bomb is even more far-fetched. A third glaring error here is the use of radios adjacent to the bomb. If Mills had the training he was supposed to have, he'd know not to use a radio close to the bomb as he did.
