Sex & Nudity

  • This game includes a cassette tape that can be found and listened to in the game. On which a female character is sexually assaulted by male characters. While there's no visual depiction, sounds of ripped clothing and struggle can be heard.

Violence & Gore

  • The game contains some scenes that shows poor treatment of prisoners. One major example is a major character who's locked up in a cage and has bolts driven into his ankles to prevent him from walking.
  • Violence and gore can be removed
  • Players also have ability to kill non-adversary characters/prisoners.
  • Players use machine guns, pistols, rocket launchers, etc. to kill enemy soldiers in frenetic combat. Firefights are accompanied by realistic gunfire and blood-splatter effects.
  • One cinematic cutscene includes a graphic depiction of blood and gore (A character's intestines exposed during a dramatic procedure to remove a bomb). How ever this can be skipped by pressing the pause button and pressing skip. This is the only serious thing to worry about in this game. If skipped 13+ if not skipped 15+

Profanity

  • There are very few instances of swearing in the main mission, however the words f*ck and sh*t are present in the game among other swear words.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • After completing the main mission, Snake can be seen smoking a cigar in the chopper in the title screen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Rated M for Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Sexual Violence, and Strong Language.
