This documentary shows how the U.S. military protects . . .

Warning: Spoilers
. . . America by spreading its resources all over the world while aiding in the production of the leading Yankee Export: Motion Pictures. About half a naval fleet was tied up for months during the shooting of IN HARM'S WAY alone (and at least one Pacific Island was nuked off the World's Atlases in order to give HARM'S closing credits more bang back in the days when actually putting the USA's atomic weapons inventory to work was NOT deemed to be Politically Incorrect; not to worry, though, as nowadays China is rebuilding all these "lost" atolls bigger and better than they were before being obliterated). America's Armed Forces have "fought" far more screen battles than Real Life Conflicts during the past century. (About the only times our military was NOT engaged in keeping the World Safe for Tinseltown was in December, 1941, and September, 2001, and we all remember what happened during those fateful months.) But even amid our subsequent wars, the Western, Eastern, or Home Fronts have NEVER been Pre-eminent. America won't let an Iwo Jima or a Fallujah detract from our Priority Number One--the Screen Front--which is why the common refrain as we win each of our wars is, "Hooray for Hollywood!!"
