This episode is absolutely hilarious. Every character shines. And it contains the best montage of the entire show.
Dee is fantastic, getting men drunk and tricking them into getting into bed. She eventually realises that men don't mind being used if they get to sleep with her.
"You'll call me, right?"
"Call you one-star....b*tch..."
It's genius.
Dennis cracks and starts to realise he's not the man he thinks he is. Every date he has sees through him and is turned off. And after 'undesirable' women rate him lower and lower on a website, he loses his mind. A very important moment for him.
The B plot with Frank, Mac and Charlie is also hilarious, watching them brag about being rated 2/5 by women.
Frank using the whistle to call dates off was fantastic, and the montage with Dennis shouting 'I'm a five-star man' is my favourite IASIP have made.
There's so much I could say about this episode, but I'll leave it there. My personal #1.

But instead was just mediocre.
In hindsight, this is beginning of the unraveling of Dennis as an enjoyable character.
I dont remember having an issue with Dennis any point before this Maniac Dennis is great. But this annoying whiney dennis is crap.
When they get to the family feud episode, Dennis solidifies himself as the moat unwatchable character, and Dee has held that spot alone for quite some time.
There is a lot good in this episode... And a lot dumb in this episode.
This is a great crossover episode.
From here on... Instead of Sunny being a good show with some minor flaws here and there...it turns into a pretty consistantly unwatchable show with some flashes of its once glory.
